Hello Every one

I need assistant i am apply for Federal skilled migrant as Network Engineer . I have a Bachelor Degree (16 Years ) and i have Cisco Certified Network Professional Certificate which took me one year to Complete Approximately.

My question is During the Education Selection which one should i Select Option 1 or Option 2 .

1) Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute

2) Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years

1. Your Cisco certificate is an industry specific and not counted as an educational achievement

But i have another Question Certificate are all Industry specific. Give me an Example of Certificate which is not Industry Specific

1. Colleges issue certificates rather than degrees in some disciplines.
