i have a question regarding my qualification. i did my 12th in 2003 and after that i took up 3 year diploma in electronics and communication from 2004 to 2007 . but due to some problems i could not complete my diploma in may 2007(given time). and it took me 2 more years(till may 2009) to complete my diploma. since my diploma was till may 2007. so from July 2007 i have been working as industrial electrician . i worked as a casual full time worker till June 2009 and after that i working as a regular full time employee.
i am about to apply for permanent residence. so should i consider my experience from June 2007(time when i started working) or do i have to consider my experience from may 2009

If your work experience was for 37.5 hours per week, and you were paid for it, you can consider from 2007. It doesnt matter whether it is casual or regular.
See below what is written about work experience. You'll get an idea:
You will earn points for the number of years you have spent in full-time (37.5 hours per week), paid work.
So you see there is no mention of "regular" or "casual".
i have one more question do i have to show funds in my own account. or can i show them if i have shared account with my father ? and how old funds should be in banks ????
Your own account or your spouse account only are accepted. Father's account is not accepted.
You need to provide a Bank Certification letter in the bank's letterhead with seal and sign from bank officials, that you (or your spouse) is hte holder of that account, for so many years, and the current balance is so much. Banks have a format like this already. They will provide.
