I have 16 years education ie; 10 years High School ,2 Years Intermediate, 3 years Bachelors and 1 years Master's from UK. So how many points i can claim for my education as according to my ECA from WES they stated my Bachelor's is equivalent to there 3 years Bachelors and Master's Equivalent to Canadian Master's.

Just a confusion how can it be 23 points when they have specifically mentioned that

The Note is for professional degree holders such as MBBS, LLB e.t.c
