Hi,
How many points I get if I have Bachelor degree in engineering (4 years) and 16 years full time study?

Does work experience other than the main NOC count? for example I have 2 years experience in a job (NOC:8222) and 3 years experience in another job (NOC:2241) , does that mean I can claim 5 years experience and hence 21 points?

Please help

1. 20
2. Yes, as long as it is skilled work NOC A, B or O.

Hi PMM,
Thank you for your reply though I'm still confused. as per the guide i thought it should be 22 (A three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship AND at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study=22)! It's confusing how can 3 year diploma brings 2 points higher than bachelor. Don't you think?

Except you have a BA not A three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship It is to allow persons who directly from High School to Apprenticeships to Qualify.
