Education gap and not much work experience

I completed BTech in Electronics and Instrumentation in 2014(CGPA 7.34). Worked in IT field for 2 years and 2 months from 2014 to 2016. Then worked in Sales field from 2017 to 2018.IELTS score is 6.5 overall with individual bands not less than 6.I've applied for MS in Computer Science at Carleton University and Concordia University. Will there be a visa rejection because of my education gap? I am 28 years and 6 months of age.

What kind of a company background ?
i.e IT field in an Electrical engineering company ? Sales field in what type of a company background.

IT experience as Programmer Analyst in Cognizant, India. And Sales Coordinator job in a training center in Abu Dhabi.

The second work experience is slightly unrelated and poses risk for a refusal but if its from a training centre related to technology it should suffice along the LOE. It's normal people from electronics background to go for computer science engineering provided you explain it in detail in your study plan as its very critical explaining the VO for an approval.
