Education Evaluation 1yr Post Secondary School

Hi folks, I am required to have 1 year post secondary school and it needs to be evaluated. WES does not evaluate incomplete degrees. I have 1 1/2 years college and for the caregiver program need just 1 year.
Can someone tell me if Comparative Education Service evaluates incomplete degrees? I can't believe they don't but after almost submitted my transcripts to them and even having their people confirm, by phone, that it's totally OK I saw on the WES web page that they Do Not evaluation incomplete degrees/diplomas.

So I now need to make certain CES does. Has anyone else run into this problem and solved it?

IRCC requires you to get evaluation done for completed programs. Programmes due for completion are not considered by IRCC.
