Education credential Assessment

Hi Friends,
I am going to start my process from the scratch.

I done BS.CS - Computer science 4 years program.
Also done MBA - 2 years program.
Altogether, i completed 18 years of education.

Now, if anyone of you have similar qualification ,can tell me what score he/she received after assessment.
Which body is more appropriate for assessment and give good scoring?

Also, I need your comments if I need to submit only MBA as final degree for ECA or Both ?

I recently go through the ECA of different bodies and get a little comparison.

In my opinion CES is better than other like ICAS / IQAS / WES, help me with your experience.

I'd appreciate your comments.

Also , I want to post a second question of my concern.
In case as main applicant , i do not see myself qualify for getting good score, Can I make my spouse main applicant and apply as her partner to reach good score?
