Education Credential Assessment

Hi All,

I have Master Degree from Canada and Bachelor degree from my home country. I know that I don.t need ECA for my Canadian Degree and I can apply for EE under FSWP.

What I am not sure about is do I need ECA for my bachelor degree if I want points under skill transferability (education "Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer")
