So just wondering if anyone knows...do I need to get an ECA if I have already obtained Canadian certification in my trade? I am a qualified heavy duty mechanic NOC code 7312 Skill Level B and I got my Inter-Provincial Red Seal certification here so I don't see the point of getting an ECA for my overseas trade certification anymore. Do I need to get ECA for high school results??
