I have done my Bachelors and Masters degree from Universities in India. For the WES assessment they have asked for the photocopies of my marksheets attested by the controller of exams or the registrar's office in an officially sealed envelop. Does that mean I would have to attach the academic transcripts too in the envelop? For my university, academic transcripts are different from the marksheets.
Here is what I requested university to send for my Bachelor's:
Attested copies of:
1. All gradesheets for each semester.
2. A consolidated transcript (single page having all grades from all semesters)
3. Graduation degree certificate
4. All this in a self attested and stamped envelope; I sealed it myself after checking the documents and sent to WES with a copy of my passport and payment reference
As far as i understood things correctly from CIC , they require your highest qualification for which you are claiming the points in the education sector .
I mean , in my case Masters which is equivalent to Canadian Masters . And obviously , you will have Masters from Bachelors itself and someone will claim max points on their Masters but not Bachelors if it makes sense .
I may be wrong . Please correct me if i am wrong .Thanks .

I also have done my masters and bachelors from universities in India.
Do i need to submit the transcript and attested marksheets for bachelors too.
Or masters only is needed?
I have got my WES and I have done B.Com regular and M.Com through distance from Osmania University ,but my report showing
1.B.Com as Bachelor degree (3 years) Canadian equivalency
2.M.Com as Bachelor degree (4 years) Canadian equivalency
and does it mean 4 years Canadian Bachelor degree equal to Indian master degree?
how many points I can claim for above case for EE.? and which option I have to choose in CSR calc?
Is WES basic fine for applying for EE? Also wht recipient should I add for the ECA to be sent or I should ask to be sent only to me and I can then forward to CIC...as I only see a cic for fswp...nothing for EE.....

Your Osmania Masters is Distance Education.WES has assessed it as bachelors and NOT masters. You can claim points for 2 or more post secondary....... but not masters.
Earlier when wes was not in place visa officers at chc new delhi were taking it as masters degree but wes mentions it as 4 years bachelors so now no choice but to take it as such.
