Education Credential Assessment (ECA) from two bodies.

Hello Everyone, I did ECA from ICAS in which i showed my Bachelor and Masters (Engineering) for Express Entry, but since Express Entry is not happening, I decided to apply for student visa.
Now I want to do ECA from WES by showing only Bachelor degree.
My question is that. Is it safe that i submit WES report (having bachelor ECA report) to IRCC after i complete my Masters from Canada to apply for PR?

WES usually ask for the highest degree you attained.
