Education country personal history mismatch

Filling out my personal history forms and have a problem now.

I did my Masters education in Singapore and Dubai (SP Jain), however the certificate was issued from Australia and have got a WES evaluation done as well for this.

When I entered my education details, I entered country of study as Australia as that is where the certificate is issued from. However, as mentioned above, I studied in Singapore and Dubai and therefore never visited Australia. How do I get around this? There will be a mismatch
