edu loan dibursement letter very urgent.........

i have applied to centennial college and have paid my tuition fee via wire transfer. I paid my fee from savings account in HDFC bank but i have sanctioned my loan from oriental bank of commerce. But now, the bank manager is saying that as i have done the wire transfer from another bank account, he will not reimburse my first semester fee into my savings account and he will send my first semester fee from loan directly to college. i am facing a very big problem now as i have already paid my first semester fee. Moreover he is not giving me the dibursement letter and my consultant is asking me to give dibursement letter. What should i do now please give some advice

it is illegal for manager to do this act.
u must immediately know about hdfc ombudsman and file a complaint against manager.....or try to talk to some other officer greater in position than the manager

U don't need to worry.If you have already paid your fee from your savings account just attach the fee receipt from the college, if you have one .Else attach a receipt of wire transfer which your bank must have provided you.Along with that attach your loan sanction letter.There is no need of the loan dibursement letter though some consultants say they need it.Embassy doesn't require a loan dibursement letter if you are not paying your fee from your loan.Best of luck !

it is nt mandatory to pay fee from ur loan.....


u can show HDFC Wire transfer receipt to show CHC that u had paid the fee

and use OBC loan letter to show loan requiremnt
OBC can transfer 2nd sem fee
