Can some one help me update the NOC code from SINP ..... I am not able to edit the information

my code is 2174 but my consultant updated it as 2147 ... can some one help me modify the code ....
 
I am not able to see that.. I have not yet submitted.. Can some one share some screen shots for the same to recreate every thing
