edit express entry profile

I don't see an option to edit express entry created profile so lets say if I want to update the ielts score do I need to withdraw the application and create another profile from start again?

You don't have to withdraw it, you can certainly edit your profile.

I have created a profile for married accompanying spouse however now I want to change it to married spouse non-accompanying. Do you think this can be edited? If I go under the spouse section/dependents I see modifications can be done to education/work etc. but I don't see a way to remove that entirely.

Sir Pls I submitted my profile after the express entry draw had been performed in January. When is the next express entry draw and do I have to refill and resubmit my profile? Also how do I edit my already created profile if there is need
