I think they've reached their ceiling for this year for pr. Maybe early next year you'll get it

Wow. Lucky. I received my Portal 1 on Nov 16 and I still haven't received Portal 2 from Montreal VO and it's been 22 days. Are you EE PNP? Inland? What province?
