eCoPR download error on PR Portal: There was a technical error when handling your request. Please try again later.

eCoPR is available in the PR portal for primary applicant and the dependant. However, when you click Download there is an error:
There was a technical error when handling your request. Please try again later.

So far, I reported technical issue on IRCC website and sent email to PR portal address with screenshots.

Let's share who else is having this issue and how can we potentially help others to overcome this.

Solution: Reply to portal email address with the problem and screenshots. They will upload eCOPR again (took 20 days), you will receive new email from the portal and then you will be able to download without issues.
