My ecas status had not been showing for the past 21/2 months and my repeated mails to the webmaster yielded no replies. Finally, i tried my own permutataions - may be 100 times!!!This morning I thought of just entering my family name in the names column and lo.. it worked. So this is for all who r sailing in the same boat.. try different permutations.
The double whammy........my status shows decision made......
