I suggest you should enter before your visa expires on Nov. 27, 2012. After that date, your visa will be invalid and cannot be used to enter Canada. Aren't you planning to move here and get settled?
I obtained my COPR on Mar/15/2012. Due to some personal reasons I had to come back to my home country. Now I am planning to just finish my landing and apply for PR card. I am not yet ready to settle in Canada, but will permanently move to Canada in 6 months time, once I secure a job. Also my marital status got changed in the mean time.
I also have same experience. I'm yet to land and my visa will expire in April'13. This may be a system upgrading glitch. Should be no problem in landing.

Well I have the same status - having received the visa then after a few days eCAS changed to "In Process" - I just attribute it to perhaps the system not having any other status identifier other than "In Process" to describe applicants who have received visas but have not landed yet. No need to worry IMHO.
@frotenacs, good luck on landing - hope you have a good one and make sure you land before your visa expiry! All the best to you...
