It has been 2months since my sponsorship approval and 1.5m months since my biometrics submission. because Usually with g number and UCI you can see your status
I have already submitted a web form to IRCC, but their response wasn’t helpful. Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is this normal, or should I be concerned? Any advice would be appreciated!
There was another person a few weeks ago on the forum they had the same problem. please make sure you are selecting Application Number/Case Number in Identification type and filling in your Date of Birth in correct format.

I HAVE ENTERED THE CORRECT INFORMATIONS AND EVEN TRIED MORE 100 TIMES, IT STILL DOESNT WORK THESE ARE THE RESPONSES THAT I GET
