eCas, GCKEY and New Tracker are useless

Anyone else find they’re all useless? Seriously failure of the federal government. I still haven’t been able to register a PA account on the new tracker despite even reach out to ircc. ECas provides minimal info. And GCKEY is never updated. How do I know? Because we got both pre arrival and passport request over the last two weeks. But none of them are updated since august. So what’s the point of it.
