Two weeks ago, I sent the passports for visa stamping to CIC-MANILA, and during that time my ecas status is IN PROCESS. Today I checked and it says "DECISION MADE". What does this mean?
 
I think this is the sign of hearing the good news shortly! ;)
 
Congratulation. This is a happy ending to the story. You can still make it to the Olympics...ENJOY!!!!
