Today I got the changed status update "In process"
it was at received by visa office since 13th Oct-2009.
5th of April 10, one Immigration office representative came at my job place for verification and I got my status changed today.
One thing to mention, My wife is 20 week pregnant and we are expecting our baby at 1st week of September.
If I receive medical request now than what to do... and how to include our coming baby?

Congratulations. It means that if ECAS shows received by visa office, there might be a chance that processing has already started. Also, CHC-singapore timelines are same as here in CHC-Islamabad.
I sent my documents to chc-isb in nov-09 and my status is still received by visa office.
Lets see how much time chc-isb takes to issue medical.

I dont have the medical request yet. Yesterday I just saw the changed ecas status.
Is it possible to complete medical if my wiife is pregnant?.. so far I know, they dont take medical in this setuation and in that case I need to take extension of medical date from visa office......

at last the rain has come.....this is really painfull as i am suffering with the hell of this status RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE since 07/01/10 till now...no change no update....no physical verification by VO at my office that happended to you few days back.
