ECA with masters degree from a recognized university and bachelors from an unrecognized university.

Hello All,

Based on my research so far, I gather that for a masters degree evaluation, WES needs both the masters and bachelors degree transcripts.

With regards to the above I have a quick question.. if the masters degree is from a WES recognized university/institution and the bachelors degree is from an unrecognized institution, what could be the likely outcome of an ECA conducted by WES.
