It depend on the fact that does you designation requires licencing from the Pharmacy council. If yes , you should go for PEBC.
If not You can choose WES. I have done evaluation through WES and PEBC but for PR application i used WES, as my designation was completely different from pharmacist and requires no licencing. I received PPR with no issues.

If you need to be licensed to be an industrial pharmacist, then go for PEBC. If no licensing is required then go for WES.
They both assess your degree but the only difference between PEBC and WES is that PEBC will verify your current licensing in your country, while WES will not.

HI Harman,
We have received AOR, waiting for PPR.
I'm an Industrial pharmacist (NOC 3131) - not into clinical / hospital pharmacy
I have got my ECA through WES.
I got to know that Industrial Pharmacist comes under Regulated Jobs, so if I want to work in Formulation R&D or related department in Canada after I get my PR, do I need to go through PEBC and is Licensure required for the job search for Formulation and related departments.
