ECA to be requested

Hi Folks

I wanted to file my application under FSWC and would get my education reviewed by ICAS(International credential assessment service)
I have done my MCA(Master in computer application- 3 year program) from India
Done my B.Sc(Bachelor of Science) from different university.
Done my 12 th (Higher secondary school) from different school
Done my 10th (Secondary School) from a different school

Do i have to request all institutions to send transcripts to ICAS or just need to request university from which i did my highest education (MCA) to send my transcripts to them.
