Asking for a friend…
My friend is from the Philippines. He is only a high school graduate from a public school. His question is, is he qualified to request for an ECA in his case? Or is ECA just for college studies?
My friend’s possible pathway is Agri Pilot program, and it requires an ECA equivalent to Canadian secondary education. Will my friend be able to apply for this pathway if he is only a high school graduate from the Philippines?

He can get ECA for high school.
