I already have a 3-year bachelor degree certificate. But to enhance my chance I want to apply for a 1-year part-time certificate in IT sector as well. It is taught in non-english medium, would it be counted as equivalent to:

And does WES evaluate 1-year certificate? If not, which institution would evaluate? Many thanks
