I recieved my ECA today & am not happy with their evaluation. I need to request them to re evaluate my MBA credentials as Masters based on the URL's & links. Does anyone know an email address at WES canada where they could be contacted for re evaluation .
You have to keep redialling. By default, it goes into a "Heavy Call traffic" message and they cut your call. But keep re-dialling. Eventually after the 7th or 8th try, you will get through to HOLD music.
Then you need to wait for about 20 - 40 minutes and then they will answer. Use VOIP or an internet calling service. I usually put the call hold music on speakerphone and just watch TV or something till they answer the call! ;D
Also please keep the time difference in mind. Its not a 24 hour service. So you need to call during their working hours. About 9:30 am Toronto time is a good time to call.
I have often wondered how a different organization would come up with a different outcome if the degree is rated against a Canadian credential. Please explain how this works and if you have links to any examples?

When exact documents of two different people from same school can get assessed differently against the standard Canadian credential, why do you think sending it to a different agency would be bad idea?
I think it is an error on the WES assessment and having paid for it I would be wanting to get my money's worth. I wanted to know if there IS a difference between approved agencies???
