I want to ask about non collegiate equivalency for canada immigration. I have taken WES evaluation nd they have carried out as bachelors + pg diploma, however, i have did 3 year bachelors full time and 2 year pg as non collegiate. I want to know that any other eca service provider can make my equivalency to masters so that i can get full marks for my education.

No idea what you mean by non collegiate. If you have a Master's degree, it has to have been issued by a recognized and authorized university or college. You can try another assessment agency but they don't differ much in assessments.
non collegiate means the programme you did was not attached to a college or university. This is at best a professional training. I really doubt if any ECA institution will give a favourable evaluation as non collegiate programmes are more professional than acedemic.
