ECA IQAS PAKISTAN: father name issue

Hi,
The issue is my father's name on all my educational documents is different than his official CNIC, passport, and my marriage certificate. In my educational documents caste is mentioned at the end except for Masters documents where his name matches with CNIC etc.
Is it possible that instead of changing all of my documents we get a Same Person Affidavit for my father and use it as proof for ECA through IQAS if HEC attests my documents without issue.
