I am from India with bachelor's degree(b.tech).
My college issued a consolidated marks memo(all years in one transcript) in 2010(my passing year). Should I take a photocopy of it and get attested and dated by Controller of Exams/Registrar and put it in a sealed cover(with sign on back flap) and send to WES ? or Should I apply for new transcript(even though I have old one) and send to WES with similar process ??
I also have Master's degree but as it's a deemed university we only have Dean(no COE/Registrar) to attest/sign the transcipt. But WES requests COE/Registrar. What should I do ??

Yes my college is listed in WES. I am not sure if they would accept a DEAN/COORDINATOR's signature. They specifically asked for COE/REGISTRAR. That's why.

Make sure its attested by the issuing college/university by COE or registrar. Ask them to put in a sealed envelope and sign/stamp the envelope.
Who is the responsible authority for handling examination section? I don't think Dean is!!! I am surprised that your college doesn't have COE or registrar.
Do one thing, write to WES and ask them, just to be sure. I do not have any experience on this and ONLY WES can guide you or someone who has a personal experience can help.

I am getting both bachelors, masters because i think there is a provision in CRS(Skills transferability) where in if you have two post secondary degrees/and CLB 9 then I'll have 50 points.Is it not ?
