ECA from WES - Latest Change 2019

Hello Guys!
I have a few queries regarding ECA from WES. Any help would be highly appreciated.

1. For having ECA of Master of Technology degree, is it necessary to add another credential of Bachelor's degree while filling WES application.

2. Is it required to have ECA of Bachelor’s degree also if I have a Master’s degree (highest education level)? Or ECA of only higher degree i.e., Master of Technology degree would suffice for EE profile.

Does it affect points if I don't attach my bachelor's degree and only verify my Master degree?

Only highest degree required if you will be claiming score for 1 degree. If someone claiming under more than 1 degree then all degree to be evaluated
