ECA from WES for University of Central Punjab, Pakisan

Hi,
I did my M.Com from University of Central Punjab Lahore Pakistan but WES doesn't evaluate degrees from this University, can any one please advise me which nominated institute is better to get ECA for degrees from said university. lead time of ECA process is crucial for me as I want to get ECA ASAP.

You can try other agencies, other than WES.

IQAS, ICAS - Takes 6 months
CES, BCIT-ICES - Takes approx 14 weeks.

Same Problem I'm facing . I've BSc. Electrical Engineering from University of Central Punjab Lahore Pakistan, but WES is not evaluating degree.

From my understanding, to have your documents evaluated by WES, they need to be sent through HEC. However, I’m unsure why WES isn't accepting documents sent by HEC, even if the university is recognized by them. If HEC certifies your degree and sends the documents to WES in a sealed envelope, shouldn’t WES issue an equivalency certificate?
Please correct me if I’m mistake
