ECA from CES-Masters degree accepted but not Bachelors

Hi All,
I have got a final assessment report from CES saying they have accepted my Masters degree but not Bachelors degree, there comment are "not in a position to issue a credential assessment report".

This is confusing, can any one help if I can still apply for express entry and can get Masters degree points or I should get an assessment from any another assessment body.

Thanks @Bacelor, so I dont have to worry about Bachelor degree, and can get Masters points.
