Hi all,
I have completed my bachelors degree in Pharmacy.
I have experience as a pharmacist in a hospital.
I would like to apply under Express Entry program.
Do i need to get PEBC done to apply under NOC 3131?
or can i get ECA from WES done and apply for Express Entry.

IF i cannot apply under NCO 3131, which other options do i have in which i can apply with an ECA.
Can anyone advise please?
