ECA for Mumbai University TYBcom

Reg University:
I have completed my TYBcom in 2005. I therefore believe i need to go to Mumbai University Kalina campus.

I need to carry my TYBCom marksheet, passing certificate, graduation certificate. (2 copies of each)

(Do i also need to carry transcripts from my college for SYBcom and FYBcom? which will be attested again by the Univ?)

I believe i need 2 sets of each certificate as one copy is held by the college/University.

Do they have to be colored photocopies?

I am also aware that i need to carry originals for each visit i.e to college and University (for final yr)

Regarding college:

I need to carry 2 copies of mark-sheets (FYBCom and SYBCom)

I need to download transcript request form from the college website/ other sources and fill it and provide it to the college.

Please let me know if there is something that i have missed here.

Take copies of all your marksheets and get them attested by the registrar of the university or the controller of examinations. My wife graduated in 2007 so hers was done at Churchgate next to Sydenham college. I think you would need to try Kalina.

So i submitted my final year marksheet and graduation certificate to Mumbai University - Kalina.

I did not submit any envelope and he said that you would get the transcripts in a envelope.

I have read here that we need to submit the envelope while submitting the documents for transcripts, now i am worried if i missed something.

You need to take your own envelope and write the Wes address and reference number on the front. The uni guy won't stick the envelope for you. You check the documents, place it in the envelope and get the uni person to sign and stamp the back flap of the envelope and then you can stick it and post it yourself

Thank you for your response....

So i need to do the following now:

1) When i collect my Final Yr transcripts from Mumbai University, ensure that he gives them back to me in an envelope which is stamped and sealed.
2) Add the WES Address and reference Number on that envelope.

I believe i also need to take my 1st and 2nd year transcripts from my college which would also seal and stamp the transcript?

So i would eventually have two envelopes

1) For final yr from my college (Sealed and stamped by the University)
2) For the first and second year (Sealed and stamped by my College)

I have read that i need to put these two envelopes in a larger enveope eventually ? Does that final envelope also need to be sealed and signed by the Mumbai University? (Confused)

You don't need transcripts. Wes doesn't accept any college documents. Take all 3 years marksheets to the university

Mumbai University does not accept First year and Second year documents.

They have asked me to go to college for those.

So take copies of the college marksheets. FY and SY are college exams and TY is university exam
