Hi all,

I competed my bachelor's in India and finished my masters in Canada. Do I need to get ECA for my bachelor's degree still? As per new WES rule, only university must send the transcripts and unfortunately my university is not doing that. Could you please help me answering my question as I am not nervous how I could apply Express entry.
