ECA for caregiver applicant

Hi! Can somebody help me? I read a lots here about educational assessment but I’m still confused. I want to apply in a caregiver new pathway and I need to send my credentials for evaluation. I’d read in some post that INCOMPLETE degrees is unacceptable and they are not giving any points for it. How about my case? I took 2 1/2 years out of 4 yrs no certificate or degree, I don’t need any points, I just want to know the equivalency of my education, if it is consider as a 1 yr Canadian post secondary. I hope somebody can share their thoughts about it. Thanks

Hi, I have the same issue. I got my report from WES and showing that
Secondary school diploma and one and one half years of undergraduate study. Im not sure If its equivakent to 1 year post secondary. I also dont need points I just need to know If Im qualified in this program and If my education is equivalent in 1 yr Canadian post secondary.
