I know this topic has been around a million times... but can someone who has got a PR or PPR.. or any one who has been through the complete process PLEASE confirm this urgently...
I got the ECA for my Masters and am completing my EE profile to submit soon.
In the Education history, I am planning to declare my Bachelors and say that I have no ECA, and with Masters, I have given my ECA... also equivalent to a Canadian Masters.
My issue is with skills transferability after getting an ITA.... do we need to show the ECA for both degrees (Bachelors and Masters) at that stage? Or is it enough just to send:
1 - Bachelor degree
2 - Masters degree
3 - ECA for Masters
Or should I not mention Bachelors anywhere?
Please only people who have proof of this...
While filling the profile, it clearly says only ECA for highest degree is required.... but I want to make sure if anyone has had any experiences or there have been any rejections.
Search for 'Highest level of Education' in the Ministerial instructions of EE. That should suffice the need for evidence on this front. CIC needs proof only for the highest level credential, Canadian or foreign. Period.
If you have an ECA stating Masters equivalency, you do not need to either validate or upload your secondary, higher secondary or Bachelors degree.
But I'm more worried about the skills transferability part..
and when entering education history in my EE profile, it says to mention ALL post secondary education... so shouldn't that mean that I should atleast mention it and then say that I do not have an ECA?
Is there a case where anyone only got Masters ECA done and received PPR or PR?

Hey EFK, what did you finally choose to do? I am in the same boat as you, still working on my profile though.
WES certified my Degree as Masters but I did not get my Bachelors ECAed(would have taken months to get the docs from India). Now, should I just state the Masters on the profile or mention the bachelors and state No ECA on that?
Also, Newbie question - at any point in the entire process will I need the transcripts for all my years of the bachelors? I only have the transcript for the third year and don't even have the degree cert. - Please advise.
