I have a bachelors degree from Alkhair University Pakistan and a masters from Preston University Karachi. Both degrees were obtained before 2011, at that time these universities were recognized by HEC. I want to know if ECA for both these universities can be obtained? Does anyone hold degrees from these universities and received an ECA? Please share your knowledge or experience.
