I am enrolled into 4 years degree program, and completed 2.5 years from a reputable Pakistani University.
So you didn’t graduate? What equivalency do you want without completion.

So why do you need ECA for uncompleted degree? You will just equivalency to the years and not any points.

If you didn't complete the program and no degree was awarded, WES will assess it as incomplete and you won't be able to receive any points under Express Entry for this education.

No. There is no such thing as a one year bachelor degree for an uncompleted program. You will get equivalency once you graduate.
