ECA document copies attested or not

I have found these two different ECA checklists. First says i only need to sent photocopies of my documents & second says I have to sent attested copies or original.

Attested copied of your mark sheet or transcripts and degree from the university will be required... attested copies will be enough no need to send the originals

Thanx for the reply. Please correct me if I am wrong. This is what I have understood

1. I have submitted fees online.

2. Print out of Signed application & payment receipt

3. Package 1 : photocopies of degree & transcript(attested), signed application form & ID document photocopy
I will send this package myself to IQAS

4. Package 2: same as first one but attested, sealed & sent by my institute to IQAS
