ECA about AINP Nomination holders.

hi i am abbot to get my AINP nomination coming jan or feb. after that planning to apply EE .do i still need submit ECA [educational credential assistant] under PNP programme enable to get high score? really confused!

for CEC isn't mandatory, but it is recommended..


I'm also PNP (Manitoba), I didn't have to assess my credentials for Province Nomination nor PR application by current rules, but no one was able to tell me do I have to assess them for EE..
so I decided to do ECAs with WES, just to be sure, because I plan to apply ASAP..

How about a foreign BSc degree if one got Masters/PhD in Canada? Looking to CRS points table it seems that "Masters(level7)" and "PhD(level8)" stand above "Two or more post-secondary program credentials(level6)". Any thoughts?
