Easiest and safest way to pay Fees for FSWP from Pakistan

Dear Guys,
Can you guide wats the safest way to pay for my FSWP 2014 fees. From credit card bank charges are enormous. Is DD is good? and with application should i enclosed it while sending to Canada.
Please guide me with your valuable advice. much obliged .

DD is the best option. keep photocopy of DD for your records.

one other thing more, i have obtained bank statement against my current account, showing closing balance 1.6 Million PKR. is this document sufficient for proof of funds? whats ur experience say?

This is sufficient proof but please ensure that it is signed and stamped by bank manager.

I second Faisal and will like to add following;

1. Pay through FDD , as this is the safest way .If transaction is declined by system , while charging card your application will be returned. FDD must be in the name of "The Receiver General For Canada" - FDD costs more than Credit Card Transaction , but is safest mode.

2. Statement of account must be signed and stamped by bank officer , responsible for doing this

Today I visited 3 banks and all denies to make DD in Canadian dollar , they demanded to open foreign currency account first then make DD as it will be in Canadian dollars. how you dears prepared DD in such case. or you may know any particular bank who is leinent in this regard,
