i see people waiting 15 months to get PPR after submitting eAPR, is it normal? I also read some getting PPR in 3 months of submitting eAPR, is that normal? normally how much time it takes on average?
 
That depends on stream.
1. CEC
2. FSW- Outland
3. FSW- Inland
4. PNP- Outland
5. PNP- Inland

CEC is the fastest.
