EAPR application rejected

All,

My Electronic Application for PR was rejected because of a missing document. I had hired a law firm to file my PR and the law firm now says that I have restart the whole program, right from creating a new EE profile and waiting for lottery and ITA and EAPR. is that true ? or can I submit only the missing document ?

I would recommend you post your question to the Express Entry section of the forum. However yes - generally speaking if your application is refused due to a missing document, you must start again from scratch by creating a new profile, getting ITA, etc.

hey attaboy , i am feeling bad for your file .
in my point of view u can raise a CSE against your rejected application , u can send your missed document and a LOE with that .
90% they will re-open your file definitely .
