e-medical IME for FSW through Express Entry

My emedical says -

IME: EDE
Upfront medical type: Family-EDE

Is this correct for Express Entry PR Application ?

Hi! I have recently completed my medicals and have been given a tracking sheet with UMI no. Is that sufficient enough for the express entry application? Thanks!
