Hi my current company does not issue hand signed reference letters. It is now all downloadable from our oracle and is digitally signed. Does IRCC will accept this letter?

I am considering also not list this current employer on my work history since I have 6 years experience from different employers within 10 years. Would it be fine not to list it and just include it on my personal history?
