I second your opinion on that..Buffalo office is def. the slowest and ND is the fastest in terms of processing lead time..
Do we have anyone in this forum who applied with Buffalo and got their status changed to In-process recently?Need to check Buffalo lead times in terms of meds/RPRF request?

Can't say about ND Office either. Check my thread about my application at Delhi office for the last 2 years. I am in 38 list with AEO. Haven't even received a call for documents yet! My status changed to 'In process' without submitting any documents! The status was Application Received for 2 years and in Jan 2010 it changed to In process. I haven't submitted anything other than my application form. Don't know what to expect.
Applied to CIO in feb-09 and sent full docs to buffalo June-09. My status changed to in-process feb-10. They requested 4 years tax returns and POF from me in march-10. Just one week after I submitted the tax and POF they sent me medical.
a.In how many days from the time your status was updated in e-cas did you got a request for tax returns etc?
b.Did you receive an email or a letter from CIC requesting for additional docs like tax returns etc?Can you explain what is POF?
Sorry m2l...you already replied to one of my qs..seems it almost took them almost 2 mths to request for docs from the day your status ws changed in e-cas
